The reasons why I purchased a Lennar Home. For starters they are the only home builder were everything is included. They offer various types of floor plans. Spectacular color combinations. There are multiple elevation plans.The homes are Wi-Fi Certified all of there homes have there own unique look. They use top of the line appliances. They offer various types of flooring they have multiple cabinet colors and some of best granite selection on the market. The attics are fully insulated and most importantly all of there homes are energy efficient and there homes have the best warranties on the market. I had a chance to see the different stages of my home while it was being built and see everything come together. The builder took me for a walk through to make sure everything in my home passed my approval. If I have any questions or concerns the warranty department is a phone call or email away and they respond promptly. From the day I purchased my home until this present day I still have the same excitement . My particular home has the coolest floor plan its called the rosemary once you enter through the front door the living space is wide open and I love it. I also have a huge game room its so big I made it a movie room. My home also has a real cozy feel to it.
