Quality of workmanship is lacking. Lots of shortcuts taken. Promises made and not delivered or had to remind several times. Closing day was a fiasco.

I did NOT like the experience with the Lending team. I almost lost my dream home Because TIM O was not able to research and find out some items had zero balance. He was poor and the entire lending department is poor.

There was a lot of issue wrong inside the home that needed to be fixed/repaired. The home seem to have been built rushed and the customer service is very low to resolve concerns brought to attention.

Sales team was good. Warranty personnel is good. Not overly happy with the craftsmanship with this builder. Not sure if it’s the contractors they use or accept but they fall short in this area. Good response to issues. However too many issues. Poor workmanship and materials. Shelves are separating from their supports. Wall materials are so poor they would not support hanging even small objects. Dishwasher controls difficult to use. Master bath tiles separating from the wall. Caulking cracking and separating. The overall home itself seems ok. The cabinets and fixtures are ‘builders grade’ but no more. The lots are not level, and many of us have concerns about drainage & standing water. We closed on the house with drywall not finished—major holes in a closet and bathroom. Also a lot of paint touch ups and blue tape was still on the walls. We had a cracked step and a broken window also. Five months later.... we’re still waiting for most of the jobs to get done. In mid-August a manager came to the property and told us all the jobs would get done one day first week of September. We haven’t heard back from him, but several people have randomly shown up on different days, with little to no communication to arrange. We are so frustrated! Here it is the end of September and I still have tape all over the house. We appreciated the manager coming out.... but there has been no follow up since that day, so it seems like he just came to sweet talk us and get us to fill out the August survey with good reviews. I would buy a Lennar house again, but I will not close until the house is in the condition a brand new house should be in. ... More

We brought to Vincent & Joey's attention in December that the soffitt beam on the back porch is unlevel and has gaps at the column. We've submitted this issue several times along with a crack in the mortar at our dining room window. Still not happy with a driveway issue that has been addressed but not sure what else can be done. Also have submitted a new issue weeks ago pertaining to the bathroom door going into the toilet that was put on swinging in instead of out. This should have been caught early on. When leaving the toilet room you literally back your butt into the toilet paper to get the door open to get out. First thought this was a major design flaw until I went into a couple of new Chorals on our street and saw the error. Touching up paint has not been completed. We understand the coved virus has caused delays however we've completed these requests afain recently with no response...only radio silence. We have a couple of new issues, i.e front door sticking and deadbolt on backdoor is catching that we'll submit and see if any follow up occurs. ... More

Being as though we’re a small family of 4, in our early/mid twenties, we were very excited to buy our first home! We’re on the bottom of the condos and it’s the worst! We can hear EVERY footstep from the top condo. We had to get a new garbage disposal installed two days ago (we just moved in Dec 30, 2020). We’ve noticed paint chipping on multiple walls and somewhat of a messy caulk work done in the shower. The garages are extremely small and tight. I don’t appreciate the fact that we’re not “allowed” to place the garbage and recycling bins outside. I hate the fact that neighbors complain about parking in the back, when in fact, a lot of us around here have 2 cars and should be able to park anywhere without complaints. Finishing work is dissapointing, there is paint on the floors, scratches on doors and cabinets, a hole on the wood floor, nails sticking out of some doors, walls and carpets. Kitchen counters polish are rough.

Seems the subs are very questionable. I have seen 4 homes in addition to mine that had major plumbing problems, including flooding and having to replace flooring. The plumbing contractor must be a very cheap company because the quality is not there. I worry what will happen in 1-5 years based on the issues I have seen so far. Also, landscape work has been awful and they put down dead grass and don't bother to replace it. All they care about is covering the ground. Not how it looks or fills in. ... More

The quality of the workmanship was subpar. Some issues are too large to be resolved, like drywall texture on most walls of the house. Overall lower quality product.

I should get reimbursed the $125 that I paid to get doors shaved off from the bottom. I was told that they will not do it. Then was told that they would after I paid for it.
