It’s been extremely difficult to schedule after sale repairs and there appears to be a complete lack of communication on the Lennar team.

We feel that Lennar homes are built quickly but often times speed gives up good quality.

Overall, very pleased with the total purchasing, building, and move-in support processes. We were a little disappointed in the inability to make "minor" changes to the building plan months prior to construction actually starting. Not real pleased with the way the property was final graded. The degree of slope and the drainage between the houses causes standing water/mud. We have known issues from the final walk through that have yet to be addressed. Reported issues after the sale are still sitting in a pending status 3 months later

There is no standard pricing on townhomes here as the prices are costlier for first time buyers versus investment home. Costlier prices for normal home than the upgraded homes. So, there is no standard trusted builder pricing as the prices going along the tide. Faster completion of homes, but no proper nailing & who knows what's gone inside the drywall ! ... More

We have built two other houses in the past and I will have to say that Lennar has had more issues we have needed repaired then any other home we think perhaps there needs to be better people doing the work to make sure these issues don’t arise or perhaps longer building time. We did also notice that a few houses that were built after us had upgraded stove and ovens which we felt we should of had as well. We do love the layout of our home and our community as well. We love our home, but when you’re promised things and are told you’re under warranty you expect things that weren’t fixed to get done, but they don’t get back to you. That’s not good customer service.

I wish we had our own swimming pool, fitness center and clubhouse considering the price we spent on our home. Other than that, we love the layout, however, it would have been nice to have a fireplace and linen closet.

The landscaping is not great. Our tree fell over twice and had to be replanted. Part of our property line has washed away because they didn’t put erosion barrier up and so a fifteen foot section of our sod has been washed under causing big holes in the back yard. Take the time to check EVERYTHING on your walk-thru.... when an issue is discovered later (which is inevitable) it is difficult to get the problem addressed and fixed

Lennar service and all is great. In my opinion the upgrades should be different. Why no money back when not using tiles or carpet. Why not more freedom for upgrades for kitchen. Material use is cheap. Why not full flooring and then place kitchen island. Etc etc. should be a possibility to get discounted on kitchen and pick own kitchen and store. I had a good homebuying experience which may have been better if not for the pandemic restrictions. Many of the documents were made available in digital format which made the lending and closing processes easier. "Everything Included" should have been optional since many appliances can be purchased at lower prices.
