Our sales rep Vivian was excellent. She was informative of the process and responsive with any and all questions. Jamal our managing rep however was the polar opposite. It started with no showing me on my initial walk through and having someone arrive an hr late to cover for him. Final touch requests weren't completed or done haphazardly (paint, etc.). I still have a broken rack installed in my linen closet I requested to be changed out in early December still sitting broken. Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. I have now been in the house for four months with things still left from the original walk through on closing the response time in getting things repaired is unacceptable there is no communication between the department and us and one point contractors just showed up to the house at 8am. They have tried repairing the stucco on the house 3 times and still looks horrible. I realize this is not Lennar’s teams but they need to hold their contractors responsible. Buying experience was good. Workmanship is poor. Still waiting for items to get fixed, some from the punch list before closing.

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Additional issues have come up with the response the house is “settling in” and we should wait the rest of the year before reporting. Being a late buyer into the community has left us feeling forgotten and undervalued as Lennar moves to their next development. I wish I could say my experience is unique however my neighbors express the same issues. The community and location is fantastic. The sales team and financial services were awesome. Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. Our Electrolux dishwasher had to be replaced once and the door replaced again, it was almost two months before we had a usable dishwasher. We're still trying to get help with our Ruckus Wireless Connection that is malfunctioning. We hate the tankless water heater; the water in the mater bedroom takes several minutes to heat up both in the shower and at the sink. So, basically, I'm always washing my hands in ice cold water. We have built with Lennar before. The 1st build was a great experience without any craftsmanship issues. This time, we were not satisfied with the workmanship, and we are still experiencing HVAC issues that have yet to be resolved.

Overall a great sales experience. After we purchased, warranty issue after issue. The roof had 15 cracks from poor workmanship.....still no warranty resolution. Many neighbors shared the same experience with the roof.

In all honesty the town homes are beautiful but the craftsmanship and attention and caring of details were terrible, they don’t complete the house 100% more like 93% I shouldn’t have to ask them to fill in cracks or fix screen doors etc.

During original walkthrough we asked for things to be fixed. We waited 3 months for one thing to be fixed. The paint was still over the face plates that we removed. There is still a light switch no one can tell us what it operates. The front door is still has a wide crack that we are trying to find a way to repair it. Lastly we questioned why it takes so long for the hot water to heat in the kitchen sink and the master bedroom. The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.

I am def going to be writing a review. To news channel 8, Facebook , Instagram , Twitter. I am shocked at what my house looks like. There is not one piece of molding in any room that is clean and hole paint streak free. Not one. Two doors in house don’t close. Which they were told at walk through never fixed. Holes in both showers in tile. I am saddened that I spent this much money for a place that the inside is literally embarrassing. I have pics which I will be sending you. I will also be sending to social media as I can already tell I am not going to get this stuff fixed. The blue tape during walk through was ignored. Heck some blue tape is still there and was painted over. Very sad. Many people warned me about Lennar. But we ignored it. Totally full of regrets.
