I'm very happy with my Lennar home. The customer service is much better in Fendol Farms than it was in my previous community Kitts Creek. I'm having some problem with the heating in one of my bedrooms that isn't yet 100% resolved. Some of the cosmetic aspects could have been done more carefully; i.e. painting and concrete work. Good value for the money,

There were too many things wrong or not perfect in the new house. During 6 months, most of them got fixed, some in a perfect way some imperfectly.

I was told that my property in the back would be level that was definitely not true , it is very difficult with the slopes and valleys . and also there are landscaping trees that are missing in the back which would Help with my safety from the main street . I have been denied twice concerning the fence in my yard due to the property lines. ... More

sales person, loan officer and costmer care rep were outstanding; price and building material can be a little better.

The builder had a very average finish. We had to rework it several times before the final walk-through. Since our support person (Mr.Mark) was very kind we were able to get a lot of stuff done after the closing by raising tickets. We are still not done with our home, the tub, there is a crack in it, something we were not able to see clearly during the final walk-through. Also Lennar a billion-dollar company should reiterate through their sales team several times about what is NOT included in the "All inclusive" home. For example we were hastily shown some things like the back blinds ,were not included, or even the lights for the home were not included, I think these things should be highlighted and an option provided for the customer to purchase such options. I do understand and respect that Lennar might have its own reasons, but the option to exercise should exist for the customer. I will happily confess that we were indeed provided everything except for the back blinds, and I am very grateful to Mr.Mark for his persuasion with his organization to satisfy all our needs especially in sight of the fact that we were almost out of funds after the closing. Overall we are very happy, but the paint job, the finishing near the edges of the walls and such other, have been slightly below satisfactory. Overall have been very pleased with Lennar. I’ve had homes built in the past and this is the best experience I’ve had. Response to issues has been excellent. I’m especially pleased with the LENNAR team I’ve worked with. I do have a complaint. I have some dead bushes and trees and my sprinkling system is not functioning but LENNAR says it’s not their issue and the landscape people say it’s a LENNAR issue. Nothing is getting done and more bushes are dying. Plus I’m trying to water with a hose which is costing me extra money and time. Can someone work with the landscaper and get my irrigation system fixed and dead trees and shrubs replaced? ... More

The taping job on my ceilings shows all the joints , especially in the bedrooms. I believe they skipped a coat of mud. They were behind at the time doing my Sheetrock , tape and skim. They had one more coat to put , I went to look the next day and it was textured. I’d rather leave it now the way it is than have them come mess my house up to fix it. Painting was horrible on the exterior. Shadows everywhere through the paint where the paint is not solid and you can see the grey stucco. I’ll be repairing this year because mostly we don’t like the color but also because the quality. Everything else we loved. All the Lennar people are great. ... More

Fairly decent house at a reasonable price. Lawn grass to the rear of the house attracts a lot of weeds. Windows should be in the bathrooms

Lennar is the home for anyone who is happy with the exact model presented. During the purchasing process some inquiries or requests were received with a 'No' Sorry. Lennar also put a limit on a reward card presented at the time we closed on the purchased, when ready to use Lennar had pulled the funds back, so missed out. Be careful of any promotions or giveaways. The Construction Manager has been wonderful and quick to respond on some mirror issues. ... More

My house is beautiful the issue is the small things like paint splatter all over the flooring, or how a baseboard is separated from the wall, making hole in a closet while making a repair and yet not fixing the hole. The issues I have involve the workers lack of professionalism and realizing this is someone's home that they have worked very hard for. The plumbing works, the roof doesn't leak, and all the wall are up it was just these little details that if they took an extra step would have made a difference. I still love my home. ... More

After living in the house for a couple of months, my wife and I notice that there are paint spatters on the carpets and other flat surfaces, uneven floors on the second floor, poor grout cleanup on floor tiles through out the house. Agreed that these items are not huge issues (except for the uneven floors upstairs) but with these issues, 5 stars is not possible. ... More

Well designed with minimal wasted space and material. Typical material quality for a mid level home. These are not custom homes but provide good value for the money. We have had very few problems to date, however our neighbor has had many problems some major. We improved some of the areas of the house to provide a more custom house, but the basic floor plan is very well designed. If this was a custom house I would have made a few changes but overall this floor plan works very well for our needs. It would be great if Lennar had a high end package that would allow you to upgrade to even higher level appliances, water heater, jetted tub, heated tile floors, and better landscaping..... but ..... this keeps construction on a very basic level that the quality can be monitored. ...
