I really enjoyed my new home up at the amount of repairs needed and the timing is not responding from the associates was unacceptable this is a new subdivision and I have heard several complaints from my neighbors as well

My first time homebuying experience has been harrowing. It had taken four months for my driveway and walkway to be laid, and I'm still waiting on the landscaping. I get most of the process is weather contingent, but I've seen other homes around me completed and the owner have yet to move in. Quality of material , paint and workmanship is very poor. If you touch the wall you will get that in your clothes. Walls are not properly aligned. What you see in the model home is not what you get even after those extra packages. Promised verbally that Fridge with washer and dryer will be included but later on denied. Had my final walk thru postponed 2 and wasn't notified, pushed my closing to December 3 and that cost me $450 in rent money. Most of the walls and window casing are crooked.

Our salesperson, Donna, was exceptional. It made our home buying experience painless and less stressful. She totally understood our situation (buying and selling our home). The aftersales is a totally different experience. Doug, our Customer service rep, is good but can only do so much. The vendors we dealt with (GE-ref issue and AC issue) were rude, not very understanding and total opposite of Lennar's sales team which sort of negates the good experience we had from the start. Painting and clean edges on drywall are obviously not a priority. Caulking around the tile floor looks terrible. Major difference in opinion of what usable backyard means .

Would like to have seen better material in the trim work and carpeting and better quality with the drywall. Also, they're is 0 flexibility when you come into an on process home.

My first home buying experience was far from what I've learned to expect from Lennar. I won't use them again in the future. Buying a house is a big deal and I don't feel I received the level service we deserved.

Once you walk up the stairs and the upper floor. The wood squeaks, the paint job is mediocre. Once I moved in I started to notice wood clippings, where they just painted over them. So from one to ten in the satisfaction of my purchase. I give it a 3

I am very upset with how the property management has been handling our case. I felt very rushed during the walk through but they reassured that everything would get taken care of. I have now lived in the house for 4 months and there has not been an attempt to resolve any of the issues with the house. My doorbell doesn’t even ring. Alot of issue were found in the house, because they rush trying to build it. So we could close on the house. I would have rather waited then have our house rush.

The water smells heavily of sulfur. This should have been disclosed when we bought the home. We replaced the anode in the water heater with an aluminum one which was a temporary fix. I asked Lennar to replace it with a titanium one because the aluminum anode has already been eroded. I was told it was not their issue to fix since it was water quality. Yet, I believe since they didn’t bother disclosing the high sulfur in the water reacting negatively with the metal in the water heater would be an issue, it is partly their problem. It would be different if we weren’t willing to invest the money in our home to fix the problem which we have. We’ve added a water softener, purifier, and as previously mentioned, replaced the anode in the water heater. I’m simply asking for help replacing one last thing to try to make it work and was told no. Now I’m left crying every time I take a shower wondering why I didn’t do a better job of researching the area before moving. ... More

We closed on our house end of October. Before we did inspection or anything, we had an evergreen tree that was knocked down in a snow storm, that was ignored and still lays down on our yard. During inspection, we pointed out the paint splatters on the hardwood floors and were told the day we closed they would have it cleaned by professionals. We close and they did not do that type of cleaning. Seems like they did a lick and a promise because it’s March and we still have paint on our floors and it took two days to scrub construction grit off our kitchen island and counters. So much for a professional cleaner. After moving in, we found out our shower was constructed wrong. We let Ky know and he sent out the tile guy. Tile guy couldn’t fix it cause shower door guy didn’t come in. Tile guy told his boss but his boss didn’t communicate that to Ky, nor did Ky check in after to make sure the work was done. We had to reach out and still continually reach out to just be ignored. Same with our gutter/roof. Roof guy came to see why rain leaked onto our patio, said it was the gutters. Roof guy told his boss, boss never told Ky nor did Ky check in to make sure things got done. While my fiancée and I love our house and neighborhood, can’t say I’d recommended lennar to anyone unless I knew they’d be getting the kind of service we were told we’d be getting, which we obviously have not. ... This home has so many areas of shoddy workmanship. Ton's of clauking issues scratches on the wood flooring all over the house. Customer service pushes back on everything. I will never buy another Lennar home. everything from the Sales rep to the Construction engineer is only concerned about you giving them a 5 star rating. There are few areas where Lennar has to improve, especially the construction quality is not up to mark or expectation. The sight/construction managers are over burdened due to multiple projects and they are not able to focus on quality of the block/home. ... More
