Jamie was my sales rep and she is fantastic. She was extremely responsive to my questions before and after. I love my new home and the community. I have also had immediate responses and resolutions on any repairs that need attention. My experience has been very good and I would purchase from Lennar again.

It is a real shame that inside such a good construction and a really nice community, Lennar does not assist as much as they should with some issues you may have with the house. Eventhough most of the items in the (smart home) that they set up are fairly new, the wifi repeater is a 3rd gen when currently they are out with 8th gen. Does not preform as they advertised. This is my fourth home that I have had built and it has been by far the best most problem free home of the four. Lennar has the process of building homes down to a science which allows better results.

The sales part of the home buying went well. Excellent support by sales (Paul). The closing and walkthrough didn't go so well. House was not ready at walkthrough. Communication could have been better but go through it. Construction manager was professional and built a friendship.

My wife and I were happy with our Lennar buying experience until we found mold behind our kitchen cabinets. We only discovered this because we decided to upgrade the kitchen on our own after purchase. Lennar was good about fixing the problem after the fact and checking the vanities for mold, but the moldy kitchen cabinets were never replaced even though they promised to do so. Even though we remodeled the kitchen, we had plans for the original cabinets elsewhere in the house. We paid for them, so we should have been reimbursed. It has been over five months and we still have yet to see new cabinets or even hear from Lennar management about the problem. The Model homes show beautifully, however the quality of workmanship is lacking in the non model home. I know these are not custom homes, but materials and supervision need much improvement. They give you one year warranty. They string out getting the work done. Seems like you have workers back and forth for 6 months to most of the year. At some point you just want them out of your house. The open floor plan carries voices and noise throughout the home, especially noticeable in the bedrooms. Lack of hall space to buffer the sounds. Buying a home to Lennar you have to have a lot of patience, don't trust everything they say, specially time frames to fix things. Be extra cautious. And very detailed oriented at the time of closing as there will be a lot of things wrong or missing in the house. You'll have to take a lot of work time off to attend to all submitted warranty request. Also, pay close attention to the roof, rainy season just started in SW Florida and there are more than 5 recently built homes with tarps on their roof. Lennar is a big corp and they are there to make money without taking in consideration how big of a deal is for the middle class to own a home. ... More

I really had higher expectations from Lennar but I feel it fell short on several fronts...not going to recommend to any one. ..I would probably advice to stay away from Lennar given the price of the house and poor material and workmanship...sad !!

I closed on my house in May of 2019, and I have had issues with the workmanship of the building. The punch list that was submitted isn't even half done and it is now November 21 2019. Be aware of the lack of urgency once you close.

We were misled multiple times during the buying process and throughout building process. We didn’t get the product we thought we were getting. We were forced to close with a 2 page list of unfinished issues and now I’m not even getting any responses to my issues that were left unfinished.

Build quality and attention to detail was lacking. Be certain to make sure your house is completely finished before closing as they will attempt to rush it off the books. Once closed everything has to go through warranty. Interior painting option of very low quality. Save yourself money and have someone do it right the first time. They give you a credit to buy a gallon of paint but this will not match properly. I could go on but I’m sure other comments will address other issues. ... More

Quality of workmanship is horrible. Materials used are cheap and very low quality. Every issue I have brought to their attention to be fixed has been answered with a response of " that's just how it is" or "there's nothing we can do about that now" or "if we fix it, it could create even more problems or make it worse". Would not recommend Lennar as a builder to anyone.
