From the time I looked around for their model homes to the time I finally moved in to my Lennar house I didn’t not experience any hassle. The process was smooth and I have nothing but good compliments from everyone who visited my house.

Good, would probably not buy from Lennar again due to the fact that they force you to purchase or lease a overpriced solar system.

Not enough space between refrigerator and pantry. The refrigerator's door can not open all the way because the door of the pantry is in its way. Faucets in bathrooms' sink are not functional. The faucets are too close to the sink, so the water gets all over behind the faucet. ... More

Should have a higher quality in the workmanship however these communities are built fast so this was not a huge surprise. Nail pops throughout the house and cracks in most window frames. Given the aesthetic issues we are overall pleased with the purchase of the home. Financed through lenses lender which made the process seamless. ... More

Be prepared to "be on your own" , as I was told after I had moved in, papers signed, and asking questions about some very confusing things ( wi-fi, what and where certain things are, including instructions). Good thing this isn't my first house. But, I am in a "learning mode" with special circumstances. I would buy it again, because of the people you "meet" thru the process, which was smooth and painless. No regrets. And survived the "earthquake" with absolutely no damage. The only thing I would change is making the garage bigger and insulate it. Most of the locks, and dead bolts were not installed properly. Read the solar agreement carefully! The last power outage, there was NO power available for "backup". I think that should change, to be true solar energy efficient. ... More

I was excited to be buying a lennar home but i was disappointed with not being able to choose the elevation of the home. our house was a moonlight skye series and its all white it makes no sense that lennar would do this the house looks unfinished. Also during the walkthrough there were so many things wrong with the house due to the construction team building these houses too fast and sloppy. the sale agents were awesome though very nice and helpful its just the craftsmanship of lennar thats quite horrible and now my family has to live with these flaws for a long time. ... We were promised a bigger backyard with a brick wall for our home. We originally were going to purchase a different lot that was cheaper, but were offered our current home because the backyard was bigger. Of course, you would have to pay a bit more for a bigger lot. Come one week before closing, right during our walk through, they told us that our backyard would have a slope fence. Imagine our perplexed face when they literally told us this one week before closing. They still had the nerve to tell us, you can still back out on the house if you are not satisfied. Okay lady, yea let me just live in the streets while I find another home. Had this been mentioned months earlier, we would at least actually have a realistic opportunity to back out on the purchase. We were very adamant about having our backyard that we paid more for done correctly. But no, they completely ignored our request. Very dishonest and untrustworthy, sneaky people. So now our backyard’s width has 3 feet of unusable space. That may seem little, but when you already have a ridiculously small back yard, 3 feet makes a huge difference. The cherry on the top of all of this was during our one month walk through. The lady apparently thought it would appropriate to say “So has the backyard grown on you?” Who does that?! Overall, we are very dissatisfied with our experience. ... More
