Our time line was at least 8-10 months but he sold us on the house the very first day. Overall, we are very pleased with our Seabrook property. Our sales representative was conscientious and helpful, and we ended up with a great looking house. He was also diligent in following up to ensure we were not encountering problems. The construction manager was extremely thorough during the walk through process and quick to respond to any issues that arose. The homes are built from material of excellent standard. I should know, since I used to work in the Civil Engineering industry, and I know quality and standard in building construction when I see one. The homes are designed with energy efficient in mind. The backyard is very spacious, having a exterior 10 feet fence and perfect for hosting the holidays. Designed to create an ideal balance between being independent and for togetherness.
