My home buying experience with Beazer has been extremely positive. Everyone from Beazer seems to take pride in their work and go the extra step to make sure that as a home buyer I am completely satisfied. I am very happy with my home, the quality of construction is awesome and aesthetically our home is vey. Great community,l and definitely no buyers remorse.

Loved the experience! Love our Home! Yes, there were some hiccups along the way.. but you are going to have those anywhere. Beazer was great - all the way from sales to Warranty!

So far everything has been great. The service request I have called in, have been scheduled for a month out (which seems to be a lot of time for a new home repair). There was an improper drainage system put in the side yards, so they constantly flood and are a MUD PIT full of mosquitos. The grass can’t grow. Really disappointed that if you are going to put homes this close together, the least you could do is make sure the shaded side yards aren’t flooding and muddy. ... More

Lack of parking, homeowners parking on side of street blocking the sidewalk, not impressed with lawn service. Street lights not on

My wife and I really love our new Beazer homes, we have gotten numerous compliments on the home and it’s interior finish and design . Although there are some issues to fix such as grout in the bathroom tile cracking and some issues with the finishing of the backyard we love our home. We hope to hear back from Beazer soon about drainage issues in the backyard.

The service of the salesman, head of construction and follow up customer service is good. Sub-par on the quality on some of the materials and sub-contract work. Many bowed walls and rough/poorly done drywall jobs. Stairs are a mess from chips/dents ruined during construction and filled in with wood filler.

The Beazer family is a great group to work with. Tom was a real asset to whole process. We had a great experience with the purchase and during the building process. Things moved along very well and quickly. However after moving in and getting settled there are some issues. The grout that is used in the home is a sanded grout which tends to crack and deteriorate over time faster than unsanded. The drywall team does quick work but leaves room for error that have to be address later. I would advise home buyer to not rush the process but to allow the home to set and settle after the new construction so that you can truly see the imperfections in the craftsmanship. Now would I buy a Beazer home again? MOST DEFINITELY. Despite the issue we have had it is a great home and awesome floor plan. I would want more time to monitor the workmanship that is done and ask for better produces to be used. It's not a million dollar home but it is my home ... More

The initial buying process was great. The design center was great. However, when it came to the finishing touches on our home, many things were overlooked. My husband and I emailed about several issues we wanted fixed. Which they attempted to fix for us before closing and we were pleased with at the time. But, now after living here a month, realized some of their “fixes” were just bandaids. Paint is chipping off, low spots in the floors, and tile work that was hastily installed. Friendly reps but hard to get a hold of the contacts. A lot of items to be fixed after move in but hard to get correspondence.

We have had many issues with communication betweent BEazer and myself or my husband. We have issues with our sod has been ruined by a trade partner, and we are waiting on someone to tell us when it will be fixed. We had multiple issues trying to prepare for closing, and our dates were moved, after being told they would not move and were set in stone. Additionally, we had an issue with our front door, that finally arrived. The painter for Beazer did a much less than stellar job on the door, and even got paint on the floor. We have had many conversations about this, only to be told that i now need to submit a warranty claim. We are getting no return phone calls, emails or texts. ... More

The house is lovely, though I felt in the sales process they were not as transparent as they should have been. I had a few items I made clear were important to me and I was told they would be easily met only to find out it was known that wasn't possible or guaranteed. For the most part the sales process was seamless. After living in the house a while it feels a few things were rushed or shortcuts taken. Windows not quite at 90 degree angles that made blinds tricky. Baseboard separating from the wall and waiting still on someone to come fix it. Plumbing not put in right. They sod the front but not the back and you end up with weeds because whatever they put down didn't take at all. I was promised by the builder paint would be left behind for touch ups and that did not happen. They did however leave behind flooring which was nice should I need it. Being in the community while homes are still being built is kind of fun, to watch them go up. However one must be careful as little care is taken to ensure the roads are safe from nails and other items. I wish neighborhoods had more model options to create s bit more variety. 2 models make up over half of the homes. Despite the different optoons for the front, it is quite obvious after being here that so many are just the same. I do like the choices one can make inside the home to fit their lifestyle. The layouts are great. I would go through Beazer again should I want a different home in the future but I would go in advocating for myself more and ensuring my top priotities were proven in writing before signing. ... The house holds heat and air conditioning very well and seems to be well built, but the finish work is atrocious. From paint, base boards, shower install, door handles, and door hanging just to name a few, the finish work and craftsmanship is horrible. Not pleased at all with the final touches of my home.

I have heard great things about Beazer homes and am excited to be a part of the community now. I must say that I have not started off as I had expected. In the last three weeks I have had no heat- No hot water- I still have no heat down stairs. My toilet has already backed up twice. The door stop for the front door broke and I have a dent in my wall. When I am in my bathroom I can hear my neighbors talking, moving around. I feel that the closing of my home was rushed and more inspections should have been done in order to ensure everything was working properly. The closing of my home was done September 30. The last day of the third quarter- When most companies push to get inventory off their books. In order to get the things above fixed I have to be at home. My husband and I recently purchased/ built our home with Beazer. We love our home but unfortunately it has not been the best experience. Our realtor was great and very helpful since day one. Our home was not ready when we closed and is still pending a few items after being here for almost two months. It's quite annoying still having blue tape on our cabinets.
